Mark Cowdell – Business Process Manager
Mark is married to Natalie and is dad to 3 beautiful daughters. As Countywide NEET Manager for Cambridgeshire County Council’s People’s Services he is responsible for managing processes and performance for the local authority around young people being in education, training and employment.
In his spare time, Mark commits to voluntary positions including Chair of Governors at the local primary school and being trustee for 2 local charities that support community centres benefitting the local community. Mark also enjoys following football and sports, and relaxes with comedy films and number/logic puzzles.
Working alongside his role at Cambridgeshire County Council, Mark will be using his skills to improve our business processes and ensure continued compliance, particularly with ISO:9001. With a background in both private and public sector business, Mark is a valuable addition to our team.
