  • In the middle of 2024, Coates Business Services took on the processing of 9 payrolls for us.
    They have been patient with us during the switch to them, supportive when we were unable to upload reports to the banks, and walked through all the processes until they worked. All payrolls run smoothly, the staff are always available to assist, which during the switch, assistance was needed.
     
    Transferring the payrolls to Coates has taken pressure away from us, everything is always sent through in a timely manner.

  • We have found Coates to be very efficient on the day by day, month by month processing of our staff wages.
    Bev replies to communication and offers knowledgeable support and guidance through tricky, not always clear cut situations. We have been most grateful for this. She often goes above and beyond her working hours to ensure our staff are paid accurately and on time every month. This is something that didn’t happen with our previous payroll company, so we certainly don’t take that for granted.
    One area of improvement we would suggest is the annual elements of our contract, ie insurances, communication between CHC (continuing healthcare) and Coates could be improved. This would relieve any stress from both parties and make for an easier workout relationship with CHC
