Whether you have large or small payrolls, or even just Director only payments, with the one or two directors being paid nominal wages, we can help. Our goal as a payroll practice is to provide a quality, efficient and cheap service to accountants allowing them to forward that service to their clients.
Clients want an accountant that can deal with everything, not an accountant that offers them a part service and then sends them away to find a payroll provider.
Our aim is to provide you with a service that is cheaper than market price so that you can offer the same service to your clients at market price, thereby making a profit on each payroll.
It doesn’t matter to us how big or small your payrolls are and you don’t need to do anything!
We have two types of service;
1. There is the service whereby the client deals with you, you pass us the details and we process your payroll. However this requires a certain amount of work from you. This service is aimed at accountants that don’t want their clients to be aware that their payroll has been outsourced.
2. Our alternative service is that the clients communicate directly with us, we send out their payroll from Coates Business Services but their payroll bill comes from you, so they only have one bill to pay for their whole service.
We believe we can offer you a cheaper, quality and more efficient service for processing your payrolls and give you the opportunity to make money on our services.
Our first accountant client was MJ Ruffles & Co. Mark found himself having to spend a day a month and a further 2 days per quarter processing payrolls, which he couldn’t charge out at his accounting rate. Since he has handed his payrolls over to us Mark has been able to spend more time on accounts and being able to charge his proper rate, without having to spend precious time on his payrolls.
